Sun Heritage Home

The property was easy to locate and conveniently situated within walking distance of the City Palace. Although we had booked a room at Sun Heritage Home, we were given one in Sun Heritage Villa, just a minute away. Both locations were equally impressive, and we were offered a choice of 4-5 rooms across both properties. Food deliveries from apps like Swiggy were quick and hassle-free, and there were excellent restaurants nearby as well. While the sink had a minor leak, it was nothing major and likely fixable had we reported it. We ordered breakfast one morning, and though it was simple, we were pleased to have options like chai, coffee, poha, and eggs to kick-start the day. Upon request, we were provided with a kettle for warm water, which was a thoughtful touch. There was also a water filter on the ground floor that was accessible anytime. The building had an old-world charm, and while some of the older switches didn't work, the newer ones were fully functional, so it wasn't an issue. They lock the main door at night but were always prompt to open it when we ordered food. Overall, this was the best place we could have found, offering a homely atmosphere and great accessibility. Cleanliness is a top priority for me, and they ensured everything was impeccably clean and hygienic, which made our stay all the more enjoyable.

Response of the owner to our request for early checkin was prompt and very helpful.The room size was good and the staff Mr.Karan Singh and Prem were very helpful.Location was in the close vicinity of all the attractions and within walking distance.

Excellent place in the truely "rajastani" style. The room was spacious and sunny, The hosts: extremely helpful and polite. "I'll be back!"

The property is in Old Udaipur area with City Palace at a walking distance. It looks really beautiful and and is serene, away from all the noises of city. The owners are really helpful and courteous and accommodated us earlier than their usual check-in time. The staff was also always on their toes to assist us with anything.

We stayed only for night, food served was very tasty and was presented very hygenically. We loved the treditional ambiance. But the Property in itself is excellent. Host is very welcoming and caring. Rooms are neat clean and have fresh bedding and bathroom linens. We were travelling with our pet, and room was pet friendly.
